Jonathan's experience encompasses the private and public sectors, local government , and 10 years in alpine resorts. This experience includes involvement with residential, retail, commercial, industrial and recreational property. His professional expertise has been enhanced by his involvement in many facets of property transactions including:

- acquisitions (including compulsory acquisitions);

- contract development, analysis, and negotiations;

- development proposals;

- disposals;

- property and asset management;

- valuations;

- leasing and licensing;

- Crown land (including alpine and coastal land);

- town planning.

However, Jonathan brings more than just the usual "run of the mill" professional skill set to the table. Along with extensive qualifications and experience in traditional property disciplines, he adds high level spreadsheet skills and IT expertise enabling analysis, tailoring and integration of software and database systems which benefit from the application of his hands-on experience in the property and asset management fields.

Jonathan's wide ranging experience enables the provision of guidance and clarity through the  sometimes uncertain and unclear environment of property investment, planning and development.
